Have you ever done a Burpee?  Have you tried to do one on a Paddleboard?  The balance and core strength required to do a burpee, pushup, plank, and more on a paddleboard is obviously more challenging, but the workout and fun getting there is so much greater.

Our Paddleboard Fitness Classes are designed to strengthen your core and balance, but we also will introduce Paddleboard specific skills that can translate to becoming a better paddleboarder, whether on flatwater or whitewater.            

We are offering Paddlebaord Fitness at Old Town Hotsprings on Monday and Wednesdays from 12-1.  First classes of 2019 will be June 3rd and 5th and will continue to happen on Mondays and Wednesdays through July 31st (we’ll take a break 4th of July week).

SUP Yoga starts Saturday, June 1st and is held - Monday, Thursday, & Saturday - 9am

SUP YOGA Also offered Sunday afternoons, starting June 2nd - 4pm

SUP Fitness Starts Monday, June 3rd and is Held - Monday and Thursdays - 4PM
